I've been on birth control for years and my periods are usually regular. I'm currently 7 days late and just took a pregnancy test, which came back negative. I don't feel pregnant. Should I start my new birth control pack, and will it have any negative effects on an embryo if I am pregnant?

I feel like I ovulated later in my cycle and my period only lasted 3 days, which is shorter than my usual 5 to 7 days. Now, I have sticky discharge and feel nauseous. I also had unprotected sex and there’s a chance I could be pregnant. The sticky discharge is not normal for me right after my period. What could be causing this and should I take a pregnancy test?

I just started a new birth control pill (Tri Lo Sprintec) and this is my first use of birth control. It’s been about two weeks on it. I waited 7 days before being sexually active again. After 8 days, we began having sex again using the pull-out method in addition to the pill. A few days ago, we had sex and my boyfriend was slightly late pulling out, possibly resulting in some semen inside me. Since then, I have been experiencing nausea, weakness, and stomach cramps, especially in the latter half of the day. I have also been inconsistent with my pill timing for the past 4 days, which may be causing spotting. Should I be overly worried about pregnancy?

I am 7 weeks and 3 days pregnant. Last week at 6 weeks and 2 days, my HCG level was 71,400. Today, 8 days later, it only increased to 84,700. My estrogen and progesterone levels also decreased slightly but are still within the normal range. Estrogen went from 1150 to 1000, and progesterone from over 40 to 32. However, we saw good growth and a heartbeat of 154 on the ultrasound today. How concerned should I be?

Is it safe for a pregnant woman at 18 to 20 weeks gestation to travel to a high altitude area (2900 meters above sea level) for approximately 9 days, involving a total of 24-hour flight duration with a 5-hour layover, considering the potential risk of altitude sickness?
