I've been seeing a gynecologist in Mexico because I wasn’t receiving the attention I needed here. I need to do a hysterectomy and prefer doing it here. How can I see a gynecologist that is willing to perform hysterectomy without making me wait? I am 38 years old and have had concerns for approximately 2.5 years. I have irregular periods and often have 3 periods per month. My OB in Juarez says I have an enlarged uterus. I haven't done hormone blood work in a couple of years, but the doctor in Mexico put me on hormone therapy twice, which didn't help. She did an ultrasound yesterday and confirmed the enlargement/inflammation of my uterus.

I have been experiencing reddish, pinkish discharge with very painful pelvic pain that comes and goes in a constant manner. The pain is achey and stabbing. I am 24 years old, on birth control pills (Junel 1.5/30), Wellbutrin, and Lexapro. I also have recurrent back pain, constipation, and an undiagnosed leg tremor.
