I've had my period for 3 months. I have an etonogestrel contraceptive implant for 3 years and 2 months, and my last period began around the middle of November last year. I'm not on any other medications and I'm 19 years old. I've had irregular periods in the past, but never for this long. I experience cramping about once or twice a day, which I manage with ibuprofen. My bleeding is pretty heavy, requiring me to change thick pads twice a day. Should I be concerned about the risk of being anemic and do I need to get my blood tested?

Post miscarriage, my first cycle was 28 days ago with three days of old blood. This time, I started spotting brown three days ago and today I have newer blood, but it doesn't look like this period will last long. Is this normal?

I noticed a swollen bulge in my armpits on both arms that stays up when my arms are straight out, is tender to the touch, and feels warm. I've also been losing small clumps of hair for a few weeks. Should I see my doctor?

How long should I wait before going to the OBGYN for a blood test for pregnancy, given that I had been on the depo shot for 5 years, missed my last shot, tested positive on an ovulation test, and had unprotected sex around that time?

I've been experiencing low libido for a while. I thought it was due to the depo shot I was using, but after switching to a contraceptive patch, there's been no change. I'm unsure if this is due to hormonal imbalance or something else. What should I do?
