I've had three periods recently where I've expelled a weird flesh glob, which is silvery and reddish/pink, and varies in size from the length of my finger to larger than my palm. I experience severe cramps, nausea, and dizziness before this happens. My doctor said it was just blood clots, but I'm not convinced. What could this be?

I had my last period on November 21st and haven't gotten it since. My periods are irregular. I had unprotected sex on December 18th. I took multiple pregnancy tests, all of which came back negative. However, I have symptoms such as lower back pain, swollen breasts, and other signs similar to those before a period. Could I be pregnant?

Do I need Plan B? I regularly take birth control pills (every night around the same time). On Wednesday, 1/1, I started experiencing loose stools (1-3 times). I took my pill that night and had nothing after that. On Thursday, I had some episodes (3-4) of loose stools and again took my pill Thursday night. Today, my boyfriend ejaculated in me. Do I need Plan B?

I have been experiencing itching, redness, and white clumpy discharge in my genital area, which sometimes has a slight green tinge and an unusual smell. The symptoms have been on and off since October, worsening after moving to a different country. My last pap test showed a lot of candida and an abnormal pH level. I have had bacterial vaginosis in the past, but I'm not sure if this is the same issue or a yeast infection. I'm also concerned about possible STDs, especially since I've had unprotected sex with different partners. What should I do to diagnose and treat this condition?

I am a 54-year-old woman who had a mastectomy for estrogen-fed breast cancer in 2012. I have been on tamoxifen for 6 years and have not had a period for over 12 months. My uterine wall is thickening at 21mm, confirmed by ultrasound. Should I consider a hysterectomy and ovary removal to stop taking tamoxifen and eliminate the worry of uterine cancer?

I have found cottage cheese-like discharge during sex, which concerns me for a yeast infection. My vagina sometimes feels very dry and itchy, but a recent test came out clean for bacteria and yeast, and I don't have any discharge unless I use a vaginal moisturizer. When I use it, I sometimes have cheese-like discharge. I had sex with my boyfriend, and there was no pain, itching, or burning, but we found cheese-like discharge on his penis. I am right before my menstruation. Do I have a yeast infection, and if so, why does the test say I am clean and I have no other symptoms? I also took a test for possible STIs, which was also clean. I don't want this to happen again during sex. Please help me.
