I've been experiencing ongoing vaginal sharp pains for several days. The pain is constant, and over-the-counter pain medications like Tylenol and ibuprofen are not effective. I am 28 years old and take magnesium, iron, and vitamin D daily. A few weeks ago, I had what I thought was a yeast infection with minimal white discharge. There is some mild internal swelling and soreness, and the pain is especially sharp when urinating, but not like a UTI. The symptoms began after rough sex with a new, unprotected partner, and there is no visible bleeding or tear.
