I was diagnosed with bacterial vaginosis by Dr. Nina and she recommended boric acid intravaginal suppositories. However, I cannot find them. Is there an alternative medication I could take, either over-the-counter or one that you can prescribe?

I have been experiencing chronic chest pain and throat pain for about 7 months. When I eat, I have difficulty digesting and the throat pain increases, along with a feeling of pressure in my chest. I'm 27 years old and have been experiencing pressure on my left side for 2 days, along with random waves of nausea, a slight fever of 100.2°F, chills mainly when sitting up/standing, heavy breathing especially when nauseous, and irritability.
