I think I am 5 weeks pregnant but I am having lower stomach and lower back pains that feel like mild cramps. I had a yeast infection 2 weeks ago and took Fluconazole. My period is 5 days late, and I tested positive for pregnancy. I also have an epithelial cell abnormality from a recent pap test. Should I be concerned about these symptoms, and can an abortion pill affect my cell abnormality?

I had a cervical scoop procedure 12 days ago. Initially, I experienced a brown discharge of iodine, but today I suddenly started bleeding heavily with bright red blood. The discharge started 2 days after the procedure and was light and daily. It has a thin texture and a noticeable odor. My last period was 3 years ago, and I went through menopause easily at age 51. What should I do about this sudden heavy bleeding?
