I was due for my period on March 21st, but I've only been spotting brown. I'm not using any contraceptives and the spotting has been stable. My last period was from February 21 to February 25, and I haven't had spotting in the last two years. I've had very light cramping that comes and goes, but no dizziness or significant vaginal discharge. I'm 23 years old, sexually active, and have been trying to conceive for almost 3 years. I took a pregnancy test this morning, which was negative. Can I still be pregnant, and what other factors could be causing my delayed period and spotting?

I took the morning after pill (Plan B) for the first time on March 21st, after having unprotected sex within 1 hour. My last regular period was from March 16th to March 20th. I started bleeding again on March 27th and have experienced aches, cramps, and thigh pain. My menstrual cycle tracker indicates my next period should be from April 9th to April 14th, but it now predicts April 22nd-23rd, which is only 2 days instead of my usual 5-day cycle. I am having spotting/bleeding only during intercourse. The issue is getting worse. I am using birth control pills and am 22 years old.
