I am 37 years old and have been experiencing concerning vulvar changes for the past 6 months, including color changes in my clitoral hood, development of leaflet-like appendages on my inner labia, and the formation of bumps around the edges of my inner labia. I also experienced itching, skin peeling, and a rubbery feeling in my inner labia, but no discharge. I thought it might be a yeast infection, but the treatment did not improve the symptoms. What could be causing these changes, and what should I do?

My last period was two weeks ago, and I usually have my periods every 30 days. I am trying to get pregnant. What could this mean?

I accidentally scraped the inside of my genital area while masturbating with an object that had holes, and I've been bleeding for a couple of months, varying from heavy to light, with occasional large clumps of skin coming out. I experience occasional achy abdominal pain, but no other significant medical history. Is there any way I can heal this myself without seeing a doctor?

I started a new birth control this month which has caused prolonged spotting since January 3. I also noticed a discharge on my tampon that started on Sunday evening. The discharge is not a lot, does not smell, and I have no itch or burn. The discharge is always in the same spot on the tampon. Should I be concerned? Could this discharge be from having tampons in for 20 days now, or is it something I should be extremely concerned with?
