I went to the ER about a week ago due to lower abdominal pain and was diagnosed with a 3.6 cm ovarian cyst on my right ovary. The pain has improved slightly but still occurs, especially after sex. I have a Mirena IUD and a history of kidney stones. What should I do next, and what are the causes and treatment options for ovarian cysts?
