I went to the ER with pelvic pain and had a positive HCG blood test result of 2.5 milli international units/mL, which the doctor said indicates pregnancy. However, I read that this level is not considered pregnant. Is the pelvic pain related to pregnancy, and what should I do next?

I experienced a slight burning sensation when I peed today. I am a 23-year-old female, had chlamydia a year ago but was treated, and have no ongoing medications. The burn is not severe, there is no blood in the urine, no pain, and no fever. Could this be due to not drinking enough water?
