I woke up this morning with a sharp, stinging pain in the area near my clitoris. The pain comes and goes, and there is no odor, itching, or visible bumps. I have been experiencing severe itching in my pelvic area, including the upper part of the pelvic area and the juncture between my legs and pubic area. The itching started a month ago, calmed down briefly, but has been bad for the last 7 days. My skin is red, dry, and a bit swollen. I am a 48-year-old woman going through perimenopause and recently started a new anxiety medication. What could be causing this itching, and what treatments can help?

I have been taking Taytula (or generic versions of it) for years. Due to stock issues, I had to switch to Balcoltra last month. Now that the generic version of Taytula is back in stock, I want to switch back. I am supposed to start the period pills for Balcoltra today, but I am running a marathon on Saturday and don't want to have my period. Is it bad to switch from Balcoltra to the generic Taytula if I skip my period pills? Should I continue with Balcoltra and skip the period pills instead?

I had an accident with my boyfriend during my peak ovulation and he finished inside of me. I took Plan B the next night, but I'm unsure if it will still be effective since Plan B is meant to delay ovulation. I'm also experiencing extreme tiredness and am worried that I might be pregnant. I am concerned about the amount of alcohol I drank before I knew I was pregnant. I want to know the risk of damage to the embryo and if I should consider terminating the pregnancy to ensure the best chances of a healthy child, since this would have been preventable. It is an otherwise wanted pregnancy. Can you tell me the amount of alcohol and how along I was? What was my diet and body weight like when I got pregnant?
