Dear Doctor, about a year ago, my anus area started feeling very itchy, then later, I felt pain in my uterus and my menstruation period became irregular. I have seen doctors, taken parasite pills, and had OB tests including ultrasound and pap tests, all of which seem normal. However, the uterus pain persists daily, and I have mild to sometimes heavier pain in my left and right ovary. What could be causing this pain, and what can be done to diagnose and treat it?

My husband got a vasectomy around 10 weeks ago and has not been cleared yet. I am not on birth control anymore and am looking for a form of birth control, with condoms being the likely best option. I absolutely don’t want any kids and have not been having intercourse since going off my pill. Are condoms pretty effective, and would using the pull-out method with a condom increase effectiveness?

My average cycle length is 31 days, and I have been traveling and working out twice a day since January. I took a pregnancy test two days ago, which was negative. Should I be worried about this delay, and could it be related to the mini pill, traveling, or increased exercise?
