I would like to know if I have PCOS. I'm 28 years old, not taking any medications, and used to take a generic for Celexa to treat depression/anxiety, but haven't taken it in 6-7 months. I sometimes feel it's hard to lose weight despite exercising and have low energy despite getting enough sleep. What could this be and what should I do?

My girlfriend and I had unprotected sex on August 26th, and her period was supposed to start on August 29th. She is now 3 days late, and she can be irregular sometimes. I am wondering if she might be pregnant, considering she has had three miscarriages before and might have a harder time conceiving. She has tender breasts, mild cramps, and has been more sleepy, but no morning sickness. She vomited once after eating, but feels better now. She is not on any regular medications.

I have a UTI and now I have a yeast infection before the UTI is gone. I have been taking AZO for 2 weeks now and have noticed symptoms of the yeast infection such as itching, burning, and discharge. I am also waiting to have surgery on my stomach. What treatment options are available for both infections, and should I consult a healthcare provider before attempting to treat them at home?
