My period has been going on for 2 weeks and it's starting to become a nuisance. Is there a reason why it might be staying for this long?

I might be pregnant. I did not use any contraceptives but took Plan B. My last period started on September 10. I am 18 years old and have no other medical history. My menstrual cycle is 26 days, and the last unprotected sex was on September 15. I experienced bleeding from September 23 until now, which is now brown. My period was supposed to come on October 5, but I took a pregnancy test today which came negative. Is this normal, and what should I do?

I had a normal pap test in January, I'm on birth control (Lo Loestrin), and I've had no sexual activity for the last two months. What should I do to confirm and treat this?
