I have been spotting and bleeding off and on for 10 days. Is this due to an early miscarriage?

I am a 29-year-old woman who had thyroid cancer, underwent total thyroidectomy, and received radio iodine treatment. Since migrating to Canada, I switched from Thyroxine 87 mg to Levothyroxine 100 mg, which stabilized my thyroid levels. However, I have experienced irregular periods, blood spots after periods lasting for weeks, hair fall, tiredness, pain during intercourse, and lack of sexual desire. I am concerned about my fertility and ability to conceive. What could be causing these issues and what steps can I take to address them?

Can sweating all the time down there from work cause recurring yeast infections? Not wearing the proper underwear & also not shaving? I noticed that at the end of my long sweaty work days I have discharge or sweat or whatever it is build up in my pubic hair.
