I've had my tubes cut, tied, and burnt. My partner and I want to have another baby. Is it possible to reverse this procedure, how much will it cost, and can it be done?

I recently tested positive for syphilis, and my partner of 15 years, who was negative and admitted to being unfaithful, also tested negative. I was diagnosed with HPV in 2016, and he was also negative then. I haven't been with any other partners but him. How is it possible that I'm positive for two different STDs while he was negative both times, and admitted to being unfaithful more than once? Additionally, I work as a CNA in a nursing home. Could I have contracted syphilis through my work environment?

Why do I feel a rough, hard tube-like thing when I stick my finger into my vagina? It was never there before, and there is no discomfort, discharge, or other symptoms. I am 42 years old, my menses is late, and I haven't had a pap test in years. I suspect a slight infection due to a yeast infection smell but no discharge. What could this sensation be?

I have questions about pre-implantation bleeding vs. menstruation. I had pretty bad cramps yesterday for maybe an hour. I'm about a week late on my period but I just stopped taking birth control about a month ago. I had a period right after coming off of it on March 1, 2018. On March 19, I had sex for the first time but the man did not ejaculate. It was uncomfortable for me so we stopped pretty quickly after it happened. I had pretty bad cramps yesterday for about an hour. Ever since then, I have had a brown discharge that I can only see when wiping. I don't want to go through the stress of getting a pregnancy test if I don't have to, and I also think it may be too soon to tell anyway.
