I’m 21 years old and have had a red vulva for a week. I experienced swelling and itching initially, which I treated with hydrocortisone and cold compresses. The swelling and itching have subsided, but the labia majora remains red. I haven’t had a pap test or pelvic exam, but I had a yeast infection a month ago, which I treated with Canesten and Flufeme. I’m sexually active and have been in a physical relationship for a year. I’ve attached a photo of the area and am concerned because this is my first time experiencing such issues. What could be causing the redness, and should I be concerned?

I started with a sore throat and got antibiotics which caused a yeast infection. Left untreated for a week, I now have a vaginal rash/sores on the inside. I was prescribed fluconazole 150mg. Is there anything else I can put on the vaginal rash/sores for relief?
