I have a burning sensation on my right side of the vagina that has been stable for 3 days. I am 22 years old, not using any medications, and have no significant medical history. I am not sexually active, but I sometimes have yellow discharge, especially when I sweat. The burning sensation does not occur when I pee and does not itch.
