I feel like I have a cyst on my right ovary. I felt the pain about 6 days ago, which I initially thought was gas but hasn't gone away. I'm having bowel movements fine, so it's not a blockage. I've noticed lower back pain and it hurts during sex in certain positions. I had a cyst before that went away on its own. Should I go to the doctor, or can it go away on its own?
