If I had an abnormal Pap smear at 21, can it be normal by next time, or should I be worried? I had my first Pap smear in November 2020 and was told there were some abnormal cells. I am using birth control and had an ovarian cyst removed at birth. Does cervical cell abnormality automatically mean I have HPV?

I have been trying to get pregnant and experienced symptoms suggesting pregnancy, but had a blood clot after unprotected sex. This has happened twice.
