My period is five months late, and all pregnancy tests have been negative. I have been experiencing fatigue and severe cramping on my right side today. My periods have never been regular, often lasting two weeks and being so heavy that I become anemic. I take Zoloft. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I haven't had a period from August to October, and it's been 2 months. I had unprotected intercourse on November 18, and 6 days later, I started bleeding, which has continued for 9 days as spotting. The blood is pink when I wipe and brown when I use a pad. I'm trying to determine if I could be pregnant and if I need to take a test. Is something wrong, and what could be causing this bleeding?
