I am experiencing back pain, cramps on and off, morning sickness, and blood clots without constant vaginal bleeding. My period last month was irregular, and I have a history of endometriosis. Could I be pregnant, or is this just a period?

I have irregular periods with a cycle of 28-32 days. My period was supposed to come on November 16 or 17, but it hasn't arrived. I experienced what looked like implantation spotting on November 20, which was bright pink/clear. My pregnancy test was negative. I am 34 years old, trying to conceive for 1.5 years, and was on contraceptives for about 12 years. My last period was from October 15 to October 19. I have no other known medical conditions and no recent changes in stress or weight. What could be causing this delay, and what should I do next?

I have been experiencing pregnancy symptoms since the end of June 2008, including missed periods, breast changes, bloating, headaches, nausea, and fatigue. I have also been taking Vitex to regulate my irregular cycles, which has recently been increased in dosage. Could I be pregnant, and would it be safe to test now, or is this all due to the increase in Vitex?
