I’m having very intense period pain and very nauseous. Should I still go to work? The pain started on the first day of my period two days ago, is in my lower abdomen, and feels like deep cramping pain. I also have lots of bloating and nausea, and my stool is not solid. I have PCOS and take metformin for it.

I had my tubes cut and burnt when I was 26 years old, and now at 41, I've experienced irregular periods due to a family hormone imbalance. After my tubal ligation, my periods became less frequent and eventually stopped for four years. However, at age 40, I started having periods again, which were dark brown and heavy, causing me to visit the ER. Now, I experience periods every month or every other month with severe nipple pain and heavy cramping. Can you explain the severe nipple pain and heavy periods, and is this menopause?

I've been experiencing pregnancy symptoms for the last week and a half, but a urine test shows negative. I'm using contraceptive pills and finished my period 11 days ago. I missed one pill last month but still had my period. What could be causing these symptoms?

I just got a positive pregnancy test but I’ve been spotting for about 2 weeks. I have PCOS and mild cramping in my lower abdomen. My last period was July 5-11. What could be causing the spotting, and what should I do to ensure a healthy pregnancy?

I have had an IUD for 8 months now. I’m bleeding everyday since I got it. I’m bleeding so much that I’m having to wear pads instead of panty liners. It’s heavy and clots. Is this normal?
