I’m not sure if I had a miscarriage but I did bleed a bit. Not sure if it was enough to fill a pad but it was obviously bloodshed. I’m not far along. I had just received my progesterone and Hcg results same day of bleeding. I haven’t had a Pap smear in a couple years. I have epilepsy, rheumatoid arthritis (which I take immunosuppressants) and hypothyroidism. Is the blood shed possibly normal, and can the HCG level and progesterone levels determine how far along I am? Should I still mention this to my OB?

I have missed my period by 6 days, which is very abnormal for me as my period is usually extremely consistent. I took a home pregnancy test, which was negative, but I have had some symptoms like nausea. I have a history of 4 pregnancies, 3 live births, and 1 D&C in 2011. I have a yeast infection from taking amoxicillin and penicillin. I have no discharge but swelling and itching. When I wipe, I sometimes see tiny brown flakes. How long will the symptoms last, and could the brown flakes be a cause for concern?

I have been bleeding after my period for three months and I don’t know why. I am not using any contraceptives, and the bleeding has been stable but with a lot of blood clots. I am 20 years old and not using any medications except ibuprofen for headaches. Are there any potential causes for this prolonged bleeding?

I have been off birth control pills for 4 months and have noticed significant weight gain, especially around my stomach and breasts, as well as changes in my menstrual cycle. I am concerned about the weight gain and whether it is related to stopping the pill. Can the weight gain be due to stopping the pill, and if so, will my hormones stabilize on their own, or should I consider going back on the pill?

I have been experiencing recurrent bacterial vaginosis (BV) for about a year, which flares up after sexual intercourse for almost a week. I am using medications and am 19 years old. I have had chlamydia once in the past. Where can I get boric acid vaginal suppositories, and will they help stop the BV? Additionally, why does my vagina sweat excessively, especially when I get BV?
