I’m on birth control but got my period a week early. It has lasted a week so far. I’ve been on birth control since November 2022. My last period began May 25 and ended May 29. I take 200mg of Lamotrigine daily, 10 mg of buspirone twice daily, and 75mg Welbutrin daily. I am 28. My period has been very consistent the last several years, but I regularly experience heavy bleeding and severe cramps. Symptoms of this period have been mild. I have not missed a birth control dose. Should I go to an urgent care, ER, or try to get in with my PCP tomorrow, or wait until my scheduled appointment this coming Tuesday?

I have a recurring issue of yellow discharge and foul-smelling symptoms. I've been using boric acid vaginal suppositories and have taken metronidazole, but the problem keeps coming back. Will it show up in my blood work, and what can I do to prevent it from recurring?

I have a recurrent yeast infection with symptoms of white cottage cheese discharge that has persisted for two weeks despite using Canestan and another cream. The discharge is not painful or itchy, but it appears especially during sex. I need advice on how to manage and treat this condition.

I received inconclusive and negative results for HSV-2 blood work on the same day. I haven't had unprotected sex in almost two years. The lab recommended retesting. What does this mean, and is it possible to have equivocal results if I haven't had sex in a year?

I have downloaded multiple period apps to track my cycle, and a few indicate that I may have missed my period. I have experienced bad cramps, nausea, sensitivity to certain smells, extreme tiredness, heartburn, and tender breasts. However, two pregnancy tests have come back negative. My periods are irregular, with the last one being from January 9 to 11, and I had spotting on January 25 and 26. I haven't had any recent changes in weight, stress, diet, or exercise, and I'm confused as to why these symptoms would start randomly. I also experienced random crying, which I've never done before.

I had a positive pregnancy test, but my beta HCG blood test showed low levels indicating I'm not pregnant. How can this be, and what should I do next?
