I have been experiencing light brown discharge since the 10th, with mild cramping and occasional light blood mixed in. My last period started on the 7th and ended on the 9th, but my periods have been irregular. I have PCOS and am on Estrella birth control, which I sometimes forget to take. What could be causing this discharge and cramping?

I recently had a lap removal of my left ovary, which was determined to be an Ovarian Sclerosing Stromal Tumor. Although it's benign, I'm concerned because my hormonal symptoms (weight gain, facial melasma, breast growth, pain, etc.) haven't resolved since the procedure on 9/7. Given the rarity of this tumor and its typically hormonally inactive nature, I'm unsure whether to accept and move on or pursue further investigation. Should I focus on lifestyle changes like working out, or is there a need for additional bloodwork or other tests? I had a CBC for surgery and four tumor markers, all of which were good beforehand. I'm happy to have ruled out cancer, but something still feels unresolved.

The area around my clitoris seems irritated and sensitive. There is a white discharge; I do have HPV, which is in remission. The symptom started over three weeks ago, the touch of my undergarment or even touch to relieve the sensation does not feel good. Help.
