I recently discovered I am pregnant and had been consuming a significant amount of alcohol nightly before realizing. I am now 6 weeks into pregnancy and extremely concerned about potential harm to the baby. Will alcohol have done damage from day 1 of pregnancy or until the umbilical cord is fully developed and connected to the mother's blood stream?

My mother-in-law has recently been diagnosed with fibroids and a small tumor in her uterus. She has been losing a lot of blood and needed a transfusion. We are waiting for biopsy results. My husband is worried about the worst-case scenario. How long has she had the fibroids, is her condition stable, and what medications is she on? She is 45 years old, lives in Turkey, and has a history of being healthy except for this issue. She has four children and is of normal weight, but she smokes.

I am experiencing heavy bleeding on my first day of my period, along with leg pain, lower back pain, abdominal cramps, fatigue, and overflow. My sanitary pad gets filled within an hour. I have been struggling with BV and yeast infections since 2017. Despite seeing several doctors and trying various treatments, including antibiotics like metronidazole, clindamycin, flagyl, and doxycycline, as well as home remedies such as boric acid suppositories, yogurt, probiotics, apple cider vinegar baths, and wearing cotton underwear, the symptoms persist. My test results for BV and yeast infections always come back negative, yet I have a strong, constant odor that others can detect. I am 20 years old, 5'2" and 135 lbs, with regular periods. What could be causing this persistent odor, and what else can I try?

Can I eat deli meat (chicken, turkey, beef sausage) if they are thoroughly cooked during my pregnancy? I am 36 weeks pregnant and have third-level breast cysts and a fibroid being monitored regularly.
