I have been concerned about vaginismus for 10 years, unable to have penetrative intercourse or use a tampon, and have irregular periods. I am 29 years old and have not seen an OBGYN or tried any treatment. What can be done to address this issue?

I have had watery yellow discharge for 4 days now. I have no itching, burning, pain, or odor, just a lot of discharge. My last period started on September 23-29 and is irregular due to PCOS. I take progesterone every couple of months to start my period, and I recently started taking prenatal vitamins but stopped when this discharge occurred. What could be causing this and what tests should I consider?

I just had my period and now I'm experiencing weird feelings in my stomach and tightness in my pelvic area. I also had light bleeding a day after I thought my period was over. I'm not using any contraceptives or medications, and I have a history of ectopic pregnancy, kidney stone removal, and appendix surgery. I'm 28 years old and have been tracking my periods. I'm wondering if this could be related to endometriosis or another condition, and what I can do in the meantime.
