I am experiencing lower back pain, dizziness, fever, diarrhea, and vomiting, especially before and after my period. My period was 5 days late and I had sex 12 days before it. I am experiencing vaginal itchiness, dryness, pain with urination, blood spotting, extreme burning after sexual activity, and excessive greenish discharge with no smell. The symptoms started about a week ago and are constant. The pain is burning, and after intercourse, it can sometimes be a stabbing pain in my lower abdomen. I have also noticed a change in stool and have Hashimoto's disease. I have tried using an antibacterial treatment (Hiprex) and an antifungal treatment (Multi-GYN flora plus 5ml tubes) with no changes. Is it normal to experience blood spotting after intercourse and occasional blood after urination with a yeast infection? I also have a Mirena IUD.

I was given a NuvaRing for birth control, then 3 days later had unprotected sex. It has now been 8 days since my NuvaRing and 6 days since unprotected sex. I am feeling some light cramping, which I'm worried may be implantation cramps. Is there anything I can do, 6 days after unprotected sex, to prevent pregnancy?
