My daughter was diagnosed with bacterial vaginitis and treated with Flagyl, but she had an allergic reaction and was switched to clindamycin cream. Despite this, she continued to experience painful urination and lower abdominal pain. She was later diagnosed with PID and treated with Zithromyacin and cipro, but the pain persisted. Cultures and ultrasounds came back negative, and we are unsure of the cause. What could be the issue, and what steps should we take next?

I'm 51 and still having periods. I bleed heavily on days 2-3 and am up many times at night to change an overnight pad. Is it okay to use a tampon during sleep to avoid frequent changes and save the sheets?

My girlfriend took Plan B after a condom broke two nights ago. The same thing happened again last night. Should she take Plan B again, or does the first dose from yesterday morning cover what happened last night?

My husband and I are thinking about having a baby soon. I take 60 mg of Paxil and have had unsuccessful tapers. The information on Paxil and birth defects is inconsistent. I am looking for someone with experience in dealing with pregnant patients on Paxil to share how the pregnancy and baby turned out.
