I have been diagnosed with adenomyosis and have elevated hCG levels (4, 5). I'm concerned I could have cancer. I am on Pristiq and Wellbutrin, have not used hCG, am obese, and am 49, in menopause. I have back pain, bloating, acid reflux, difficulty breathing, shortness of breath, slightly elevated TSH levels, fatigue, depression, and anxiety. I had COVID-19 in April and have had abnormal paps in the past, with a normal pap two years ago. I had an endometrial ablation seven years ago for heavy bleeding and anemia, and I was never informed of adenomyosis or fibroids before the ablation. My gyno has since retired, and I have had four hCG tests in five weeks with results of 4, 4, 4, and 5. What could be causing my elevated hCG levels, and what should my next steps be?

Getting my period before the last row of the birth control, is it normal? I get the spotting or the period blood as normal as my typical schedule is. Is this normal even though I’m on the 4 pack of birth control pills? I get the regular symptoms as well as the normal period but not as bad as before. I thought I’d only get normal spotting on the last row. And the spotting is taking longer time than usual.

I have a UTI and am late on my period. Am I pregnant? I am not using any contraceptives and have been dealing with the UTI for a couple of days. I started taking Azo today and I am 26 years old. My last period was from June 19th to 24th, and my cycle is typically 30 days. I had unprotected sex on July 21st and a home pregnancy test came back positive. Does a UTI affect the pregnancy test?
