I have a vaginal odor even after bathing, with no itch, discharge, or redness. I am 57 and had a complete hysterectomy 4 years ago, with no replacement therapy. My vaginal secretions or urine are causing my black underwear's cotton panel to turn reddish. What could be causing this and what can I do to address it?

I have a long history of recurring UTIs, kidney infections, constant BV, burning after urination, bladder pain, excessive and abnormal discharge from the vagina and urethra, and pain with intercourse. I have had numerous tests including internal and external ultrasounds, STD tests, urine tests and cultures, vaginal swabs and cultures, and two pelvic exams, all of which come back normal. My symptoms have not improved and have progressively worsened over time. I am currently on the depo shot and an ADHD medication. I have a history of anxiety but have been managing it well. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do next?

I have been on combination birth control since I was 17 and am now 22. I stopped the pills on September 20 and had unprotected sex on the 19, 22, 26, and 28. I started bleeding on the 23 and it ended on the 26, but I noticed pink spotting on the 29. I took a pregnancy test which was negative, but today I’m nauseous and the pink spotting has stopped. What should I do?
