Is it normal for a nipple to feel chapped?

I missed my period but have negative pregnancy results. I am 37 years old, my last period was around the 20th of July, and it didn't seem very normal with low blood flow. I had sex in July and had a hormone level test in July showing low egg production. I also had a pelvic floor scan indicating a cyst on the ovary. I have high blood pressure (HBP) and am on amlodipine 10mg. I wish to get pregnant and would like to know what sort of medicine to take and if I need to deal with the cyst first. Additionally, I want to know about any side effects of the medication and if it can be prescribed online.

I took three positive home pregnancy tests on Wednesday, but started spotting on Thursday, which turned into heavier bleeding with clots by Friday morning. I am 29 years old, have a history of two miscarriages, and have been experiencing bleeding, vomiting, and cramping that has since subsided. Should I still try to set an appointment with an OB/GYN to be certain of what's happening?
