I have been feeling dizzy and faint non-stop, more than usual. I just had my period so I'm not pregnant. Could dizziness be something serious if it suddenly occurs 24/7? I am 21 years old, not using contraceptives, and my last period started 5 days ago. My last Pap test was 3-4 months ago with normal results. I have been dealing with fatigue almost my whole life, but this intense dizziness has never been this bad. I had a severe migraine right before the dizziness started. I am not on any medications and cannot check my blood pressure.

I have several blisters forming on/around my perineum, which I believe is a result of wearing a thong and wet shorts for too long. The pain is sharp, stinging, and localized on the back of my vagina between it and my anus, mostly on the left side. I am on Jencycla birth control and have been with the same sexual partner, exclusively, for 16 months. We don't use protection but are both free from STDs. What could be causing this and how can I get relief?

I noticed a red/brown discharge when I wipe after using the restroom, but my period hasn't started yet. The discharge started yesterday and comes and goes, has no odor, and is slimy. My last period was from the 27th to the 31st and is regular. I had unprotected sex on June 17th and took Plan B three days later. I've taken multiple pregnancy tests, all negative. What could this discharge mean?
