I have been on Nexplanon for about 6 years and just had it removed today. I am experiencing constant nausea and lightheadedness since then. Is this normal after stopping birth control?

Around the 20th of December, I noticed cuts near the opening of my vagina and one big cut on my labia. I also have small blisters near my perineum, a smell, itchiness, and swollen lymph nodes in my groin area. I treated it as a yeast infection but I'm unsure if it's that. Additionally, I noticed a hemorrhoid-looking bump on my anus, but it doesn't hurt to poop. What could be causing these symptoms?

I am concerned about the effectiveness of my NuvaRing contraceptive. I can feel the ring when I insert my finger, and I am worried it might not be deep enough.
