I’ve been experiencing nausea, increased tiredness, and frequent stools after taking EC. Is it normal to have these symptoms, and could they be related to hormonal changes or a new medication (Lexapro)?

I started spotting on day 22 after my period with dark blood, dizziness, mild cramps, and nausea for 6 days, followed by light brown secretions, dizziness, and headaches. My period is now late by 8 days, and I'm experiencing breast tenderness, nausea, fatigue, and white creamy secretions. I had a sonar for my uterus on the first day of spotting, which showed a slightly enlarged left ovary. I tested for pregnancy, which was negative. What could be causing these symptoms, and what can I do to regulate my period and alleviate these symptoms?
