I’m bleeding my period stopped years ago. Now I’m 61 and bleeding not heavily but lightly. What could cause this?

I am 24 years old and had my period from November 6 to November 12. After 8 days, I experienced light bleeding for 2 days. My OB/GYN found I'm prone to infection and have a hormonal imbalance, prescribing Arithromycin and Duphaston. I'm now 5 days late for my period and experiencing light bleeding or spotting. I had unprotected contact with my boyfriend on November 15, during my fertile period, and took a single contraceptive pill the day after. What does this mean?

I took a home pregnancy test on Monday and it was positive. This morning, I woke up bleeding like my period with some cramping. I am not using any contraceptives or medications. My last period was on November 7th, and I was supposed to have my next period on December 3rd but it didn't come. What could be causing the bleeding, and what should I do next?

I have noticed some bumps on my labia minora today. They have been the same, with no pain or itching. I am currently using birth control, acebutolol, and sertraline, and I am 27 years old. What could these bumps be, and should I be concerned?
