I’ve been dealing with vaginal dryness for about two years. I haven’t gone to the doctor since my last appointment where they gave me a list of things to try. I don’t like using lubricants because they make me itch and I get infections easily. I’ve tried everything, but nothing works. My last pap test and pelvic exam were last month with no irregular results. I’m 19 years old. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I had sex with someone and pulled out on time exactly 3 weeks ago. She got her period today but stopped bleeding after 12 hours. I got her a home pregnancy test and it said she is not pregnant. Is it possible that she can still be pregnant? Did the 12-hour period she had today affect the pregnancy test in any way?

I had a tampon stuck in my vagina that I did not know about. It came out 4 days after my last day. Since then, I have had lower back pain and cramps. Is this related? I am 29 years old, have no vaginal discharge, no fever, and have never experienced this incident before. I haven't had a pap test or pelvic exam in almost 2 years, and I don't have insurance. My tubes and ovaries are good, and there is no blockage. I had sex while the tampon was in but didn't know it was there. Could I get pregnant in this situation?

I have been experiencing symptoms such as discharge, itching, burning in the pelvis area, pressure, cramp-like feelings, and swelling in the vulva area. I took boric acid, which seemed to worsen the symptoms, and I have also taken fluconazole without full relief. I have had elevated leukocytes in my urine but no nitrates, and I am concerned about the possibility of bacterial vaginosis or a vaginal yeast infection. Can you help me understand what might be causing these symptoms and what steps I should take?

I'm 22 years old and think I might have an STD. I had unprotected sex in August/September, and since then, I've noticed bumps near my anus, clear milky discharge, small pimples on my inner labia, and a clear patch at the bottom of my vaginal opening. I also experience occasional vaginal itching, especially after physical activity. I used Monistat for a few days, which helped temporarily, but the symptoms returned. I felt two bumps near my cervix. What could these symptoms indicate, and what should I do?
