I’ve been having pelvic pain for a few weeks. I’m a 22-year-old morbidly obese female with regular periods. The pain feels like cramping on the left and right sides, above my private area and under my stomach. It occurs more at night, doesn’t correlate with my cycle, and I have diarrhea often, which I think is due to IBS. I was also having some breast pain. I was checked for a UTI but didn’t have one, and I haven’t been checked by an OBGYN. What could be causing this pain?

I'm getting my period in 13 days and notice that I have a watery discharge with a smell. I'm not using any contraceptives and this usually happens around this time every month. My last pap test was a year and a half ago with no swelling, discoloration, but a weird smell. What could be causing this and what can I do about it?

I am a 41-year-old female on Errin 0.35mg contraceptive mini pill. I have been experiencing prolonged and irregular bleeding, pain in my right ovary, and occasional shoulder pain. Could this be related to an ectopic pregnancy or hormonal imbalance due to the mini pill? Should I be concerned, and what steps should I take?

I had finished ovulation on April 20 and had unprotected sex on April 22, taking the Plan B pill the same day. I never use birth control pills. How effective is Plan B in preventing pregnancy after ovulation, and how might it affect my upcoming period? If my period is delayed more than a few days, should I take a pregnancy test?
