I’ve been spotting for about 3-4 weeks after my period, which started with spotting before the period and now a week later I’m spotting again. I’m not using any contraceptives and haven’t had any sex. My last period started around the 12th of November and ended on the 18th of November. I experience light cramps with the spotting and pain with my normal period, but hardly any pain at all. There is no vaginal discharge or dizziness. I have acne and take spirolactone on occasion for bad breakouts, but haven’t been taking it recently. I had my gallbladder out at 16 and I’m now 25. What could be causing this spotting and what should I do?

I recently had a miscarriage and have been experiencing intense cramps, which are usually intermittent but have been consistent and very painful today. I am 27 years old, not on any medications, and have no significant medical history. My last period was 2.5 weeks ago, and I had regular periods before. I am not on birth control, have not gained weight, and there have been no significant changes in my diet, exercise, or stress levels. I had sexual intercourse yesterday, have never had a Pap smear, STD testing, or pelvic ultrasound, and am allergic to penicillin. What could be causing these cramps, and what should I do?
