I’ve been tested for all STIs and BV and it all came back normal, but my vagina smells different. I had BV once 3 or 4 years ago and have had no problems since, but have noticed the smell for around a month. I’ve been using Canestan BV treat and prevent formulas. I am 22 and have a Kyleena IUD. What could be causing the smell, and what can I do about it?

I am experiencing discomfort, itching, and burning in my vagina, which has been getting worse since Wednesday. I am 28 years old, on birth control, and have a steady partner with whom I have unprotected sex. I initially thought it was a yeast infection and took Monistat 3-day treatment, but it did not improve. I visited a gynecologist who diagnosed me with BV and prescribed medication, but I am still experiencing pain and burning. I also tested positive for Streptococcus beta hemolytic group B in my urine and have sores on my vagina. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

Is this genital herpes? I have a sore inside my vagina and have had frequent urination problems for the past 6 months, along with a burning sensation in my vagina and a small blister. I haven't been sexually active in a year.

I have been on HRT (hormone replacement therapy) and progesterone for 9 months. I started a period on January 2, and I'm still bleeding. Should I call my gynecologist tomorrow and set up an appointment? I've been reading up and it seems that this may not be normal.

I am a 33-year-old woman experiencing stabbing pain in my left breast for the past three days. The pain lasts for a second and occurs every hour, similar to a pain I had two months ago. My breast looks normal and there is no swelling or redness. I also feel nervousness in my nipple after each stabbing pain. I have regular access to a gynecologist and have had an EKG, lung X-ray, and blood test, all of which were normal. What could be causing this pain and what can I do about it?
