I’ve noticed for the past 2 weeks that my discharge has had a pinkish tint and occasionally some tiny spots of blood. I’m concerned because today I’ve had some minor cramping, but it’s not from my period since I use birth control to skip it. The discharge started about a week and a half ago and is off and on. It has a little bit of odor and a normal, thin, and watery texture. I’ve been on Microgestin FE 1/20 for almost 4 years and skip my placebo week to avoid periods. I also used boric acid suppositories recently, which is unusual for me. Should I be concerned about this bleeding?

I have been on birth control for a couple of months and have been taking my pills perfectly. I had unprotected sex today, and although he pulled out, I'm worried it might not have been in time. Additionally, I experienced brown discharge with slight cramping and lower back pain, which felt like the onset of my period, but I don't take the sugar pills until a few days. I also started spotting red blood with cramps. Should I take Plan B, and what do these symptoms mean regarding pregnancy?

I have not gotten my period for months while on birth control (Drospirenone and Ethinyl Estradiol Tablets, 3mg/0.02mg) and have taken over six negative pregnancy tests.
