I had a miscarriage in Feb 2010. The night before, I experienced severe calf pain that lasted about 5 minutes and then disappeared. Now, a fertility specialist has prescribed Loestrin to manage an ovarian cyst, but I'm concerned about the potential side effect of calf pain related to blood clots. Should I take Loestrin? Is there any way to know if the calf pain in Feb was a blood clot? If it was a blood clot, is a future pregnancy advisable?

I am six weeks pregnant. My doctor did a vaginal ultrasound and said there is no heartbeat, but is it too early to tell? I also feel flutters after I eat, like movement.

I am one year post hysterectomy, kept my ovaries, and think I could have a cyst or something going on with my right ovary. I am experiencing pain in my right side, lower abdomen, hip, and down my leg, some back pain, nausea, and the pain has slowly gotten worse over the last few hours. I had a pap test 6 months ago with no irregular results, and I have a history of cysts in my teens and early 20s, as well as microscopic colitis. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?
