Me and my husband have been trying to conceive. This month I missed my period and am on day 4. I had light pink spotting earlier and dark brown spotting today, otherwise nothing. My breasts are sore and I feel very tired. I took a pregnancy test, but it was negative. I have never missed my period before. Is it possible I will test positive in a few more days? My cycle is 29+- days. I am 24 years old, my last period was June 12-16, and I have had spotting between cycles but very rarely. I also experience cramping in my lower abdomen, feeling very tired, and had a lot of very watery clear discharge prior to my period, now having sticky white discharge but very minimal. I am on a biologic medication called Entyvio for ulcerative colitis.

I have a rash-like spot around my urination exit on my penis head. It does not hurt when I pee or at all, and it is not itchy either. I have treated it with bepanthene for a week, but it has not improved or worsened. The rash comes and goes, sometimes getting smaller and sometimes swollen, and it becomes bright red after masturbation. I am 31 years old, have had a lot of sex with different partners in the last three months, and have used different condoms. What could be the cause of the rash, and how can I treat it?

Is it possible to have a miscarriage even if the pregnancy test was negative? I experienced symptoms of a miscarriage such as fluid, blood, or tissue passing from the vagina, severe pain in the belly and lower back, and filling more than two sanitary pads an hour for two or more hours in a row. My last normal period was June 17th, and I normally have regular periods.

I am experiencing uterine and anal cramping, not pregnant, and not on my period. I am a 30-year-old female, not using contraceptives, and my last period ended on July 10th. My last pelvic exam was in March 2022. The cramping started after a bowel movement with hard stool, and standing makes the pain worse. What could be causing this and how can I alleviate the pain?
