My cycle is about to start, but I have noticed discharge that is whitish, thick, and watery but becomes pasty when wiped. The discharge comes and goes, has no odor, and I have minor irritation. I had sexual intercourse recently, and my last Pap smear was in December. I take Fortify Pro and Prebiotics 30 billion. What could be causing this discharge, and what should I do?

I have been experiencing white, thin, and runny vaginal discharge with a fishy odor for several months, especially after my period. I had unprotected sex with a different partner four months ago and recently had sex with my previous partner, which intensified the fishy smell. I have tried using Boric acid vaginal suppositories and PH balance vaginal inserts, but the problem persists. What could be causing this and how can it be treated?
