My daughter is 39 weeks pregnant and has started showing signs of cholestasis, which is concerning given the family history and the increased risk of stillbirth. The itchiness comes and goes, is worse at night, and her skin appears normal except for redness from itching. She has no known allergies and no other relevant medical history. What should we do, given that we couldn't reach her doctor?

I am experiencing constant pain in my clitoris that started a few days ago. The pain feels like a pus pimple being squeezed. I am 22 years old and on medication for anxiety. What could be causing this pain and what can I do to relieve it?

I'm 16 weeks pregnant and have been spotting for three days. This is my fourth pregnancy, and I haven't soaked any pads because the spotting is very light. It started as dark brown and is now bright red. I have sharp pains in my vagina area that come and go, but no cramps. My previous pregnancies were difficult, and I had to have C-sections for all of them. I have a history of ovarian cysts and two previous miscarriages around 8 to 10 weeks, but not this far along. What should I do?
