My girlfriend and I parted about 6 months ago. She gained about 50 pounds on a small frame (4'11"). She had a somewhat tight vagina, even after having three children, the last one nine years ago. Upon her return, on the first night we had sex, her vagina was really loose, more than I've ever experienced in 6 years. She claims she didn't have intercourse while away, but my ego would tell me that it was frequent and with a large penis. I know she has already lost her tubes about 2 years ago, and found out recently that she has a cyst on her ovary. I guess I'm trying to figure out if she did have frequent sex, or why is she in this condition. Her breasts size also changed, even shape-wise. I'm wondering if she will ever return to the normal state. Ego is a horrible thing especially because I'm not small and really never changed her regardless of the amount of intercourse. Could it be pelvic organ prolapse by any chance?

I am experiencing a lot of painful diarrhea, which hurts to wipe and walk. I am a 32-year-old female. My last pap test was about a year ago and was regular. I had an abnormal pap test in college but further checks were fine. I have also been experiencing hot flashes, burping, and acid reflux today. I take anxiety medication but did not take it today or yesterday. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I'm 20 years old and experiencing painful cramps during and outside my menstrual cycle, irregular bleeding, a foul odor, sore breasts, and a bump on the outer part of my vagina that sometimes goes away but comes back, sometimes painful or filled with pus. I've had two surgeries for cyst removals on both my breasts and left foot. I had an STD check three months ago that came back negative. What could be causing these symptoms?

I had a complete hysterectomy about 18 years ago. A couple of days ago, I began to spot, first pink and now a little darker. It is not there in the morning but often arrives in the early afternoon. I notice it more when I have a bowel movement. I am 62 years old and have chronic kidney disease, diverticulosis, and chronic boils. What could be causing this spotting?
