My husband and I used lubricant, and since then, my vagina has been itchy, irritated, swollen, and has developed a rash with no discharge. The itchiness is constant, and the skin is red, dry, and scaly. I have no known allergies. What could be causing this and what can I do to alleviate the symptoms?

Should I be concerned about high hCG levels? My levels are at 54,944 and I'm around 6 weeks 4 days. My last menstrual period started on 03/17/23, and I had an ultrasound at 6 weeks that showed a sac and yolk but no heartbeat yet. I've been bleeding after having sex three days ago. The bleeding has been stable, and I'm not using any medications for it. I'm 23 years old and was diagnosed with herpes some years ago.
