My husband and I recently started trying for a baby. I have endometriosis and had a fluid-filled benign tumor removed from my ovary and Fallopian tube 10 years ago. I have always had normal, regular, and painful periods. Since we started trying 2 months ago, my regular periods have become irregular (every 32 days to 29 to 27). This month, I started brown spotting 2 days earlier than my expected period, have light cramps and vaginal tenderness but never actually started my period. I used a q-tip to check and see if I had brown discharge (usually what happens before I start my period) and I did. Took a pregnancy test, came back negative. Now I have had 4 days of brown discharge, once a little red, only in my vagina, nothing comes out onto pads. What is going on? Am I having a miscarriage? Are my hormones messed up? I’ve never not had a period.

I've been experiencing cramping for two weeks and recently found out I'm pregnant, but doctors can't locate the egg in the uterus or fallopian tube and can't conclude anything. I'm in the early stages of pregnancy, just missed my period, and have been cramping quite often. I'm 32 years old and take HSV medications for genital herpes. I visited urgent care yesterday for an ultrasound and bloodwork, which showed an hCG level of 114, considered too low.

I took Plan B three days after my last period and now, one week later, I'm experiencing severe abdominal pain, spotting, and a burning sensation in my breasts. The pain is constant and feels heavy and full, with a sharp pain on the right side below my belly button. I also have a history of stress-induced hyperprolactinemia. What could be causing these symptoms and should I be concerned?

I have a milky white discharge that started 2 days ago. My last period was from 25 to 27 last month, and I have mild waist pain, breast tenderness, and I recently got back with my boyfriend, with whom I have been sexually active for about 3 weeks. I was on birth control for 3 months due to PCOS but stopped last month. What could be causing this discharge and what should I do?
